The featured photo is a powerful reminder of my journey and accomplishments. Yes, I’ve shed a significant amount of weight with help and support, but it’s not just about the numbers. This photo symbolizes my progress in the last 10 months – a true testament to my determination and growth.

It wasn’t about beating personal bests or reaching milestones this time. Today, I did a normal workout, on an average day, in less than an hour.

⏲️ My progress is evident when I look back to October, at my heaviest, struggling to cover a mile and a half in 45-50 minutes. My body resisted the movement, but I persisted. ‍‍♀️

I gradually pushed the distance – 2 miles, 2.5, then 3 (just under 5km) in 1 hour 15. Despite fibro flare-ups, I persevered, and the frequency of flare-ups decreased over time.

‍‍♀️ It was in June when a shift happened. I felt safe to try running again, recalling a past journey tainted by fad diets and ignoring my body’s signals. This time was different – I started listening to my body, intuitively eating, and working out.

I am now far more consistent, knowing what my body truly needs. My choices come from a heart-centred space, not fear-based. If I want the cake, I’ll indulge and savour every bite. This journey is about understanding my emotional triggers and caring for myself holistically. ✨

‍♀️ So, what does this have to do with being a witchy coach? Everything. The magic lies in my transformation – not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Stay tuned for more, because this post is getting long, and you deserve a treat for reading it all!

Here’s us looking a little less bedraggled…
