Overwhelm. Seems simple, can be utterly – well, – overwhelming. Having someone reflect back on what is and isn’t important, learning how to plan and help you prioritise will slap that overwhelm upside its head.

Procrastination. This one is huuuuge, and also goes hand in hand with overwhelm. We tend to procrastinate when stuff is too much for us to deal with all at once, so we do nothing. We distract ourselves with “very important BS” which actually isn’t, but it’s far less painful than doing the thing we really ought to be getting TF on with. Kicking procrastination in the tits requires some prioritising (again), planning (again), and a desire to JFDI.

Inner Mean Girl. Ooooh this one’s a total bish. She’s called a mean girl for a reason. The inner critic will always be with you, but a life coach can help you tune her out, pop her on mute or find ways to simply ignore her (or make HER your bish and work for you!)
